Located in La Zagaleta, one of Spain’s most exclusive private residential resorts, the beautiful 4-bedroom Villa Palo Alto is a stunning example of high-end living at its most luxurious. Situated 18 kilometres from the coast, and just a short drive from the bright lights of Marbella, guests can experience the tranquillity of the countryside while being within easy reach of the buzzing Costa del Sol. Cool and contemporary, the villa sits imposingly on the hills near Marbella overlooking the sea.
This is a state-of-the-art villa with minimalist but stylish interior design and vast expanses of glass which bring the light flooding in. Your first impression will be one of size and space, as no photograph can do justice to its huge 1,400 m2 footprint. The furniture and decor perfectly befit Villa Palo Alto’s grand scale and have been meticulously selected to give a laid-back designer twist to the lofty Scandinavian-style interiors. All four bedrooms and brand new ensuite marble bathrooms are exceptionally spacious and offer lovely views out over the surrounding area.
Villa Palo Alto spreads out over three levels, served by an elevator. Access is through a security gate down a long driveway to the carport and covered garage with parking for several vehicles. The wow factor hits you before you even enter the villa, with its floor-to-ceiling glass wall looking straight out onto the pool and contemporary stone walkway leading the eye to the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon.
Entry through the main door of the house takes you to the reception area, from where the outdoor pool can be reached. To the right there are two guest suites, both with queen size beds and ensuites with baths and walk-in showers. These two bedrooms have doors leading to the garden and pool. To the left of the entrance hall is the lofty open-plan living room, with vast two-storey windows edged in dark metal reaching up to the double-height vaulted ceilings – an almost seamless blending of the straight indoor lines with the soft undulating panorama outside. Here you’ll find three plush sofas and a huge flatscreen TV, a dining table with seating for ten guests, and a gleaming white grand piano fit for any Liberace wannabes! Next door, there is a second smaller living room with a flatscreen smart TV. The living areas open directly onto the main outdoor terrace with four sofas and two coffee tables. The fully equipped kitchen has a sleek white central island and large sliding glass doors to a covered outdoor terrace with a 10-seater dining table, BBQ and heat lamps for al fresco dining even during the chillier evenings.
There is a stairwell that leads from the living room up to the first floor and down to the lower level. On the first floor there are two ensuite bedrooms: the gorgeous master suite with a king size bed from which you can gaze out to the endless blue sea without even lifting your head, and a marble alcove bath with windows perfectly framing the surrounding countryside. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and equally stunning views of the shimmering Mediterranean. The walkway on the first floor has a glass balustrade overlooking the main living area and there is also an extra room on this level that could be used as a bedroom for two children.
Villa Palo Alto also outdoes itself on the basement level, with a wine cellar and a gym kitted out with top brand equipment and glass windows overlooking the fabulous indoor pool with a built-in jacuzzi. In the pool area there is a bathroom with showers, a sauna and separate steam room, both with seating for eight people. There’s also a superb home cinema room, with velvet-covered walls, plush sofas and beanbags and a huge screen. The large, covered garage is also located on this floor and leads to a guest apartment, comprising a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and small living room.
Outside, Villa Palo Alto’s perfectly manicured lawns, tropical plants and trees and gorgeous outdoor pool which stretches out between two wings of the house, add a final touch to what is without a doubt one of the most striking villas in the area.
Villa La Auténtica is located next to Marbella Club Hotel, home to some of the most exclusive gated properties, this luxury beach front villa is the epitome of understated Mediterranean living. With a white-washed Andalusian-style façade, two pools and ample space for both play and relaxation, extended family stays are seamless from arrival to departure.
This very exclusive beach front holiday home with two pools has been designed to maximize outdoor living. It is one of those properties with Andalusian character and vacation vibes that our clients appreciate. The amount of vegetation that is integrated into the house is truly impressive, with parrots flying from one tree to another and exotic plants.
Located right in front of the beach, it enjoys a sea breeze at all hours of the day. With direct access to the Marbella promenade, a few meters from several of the best-known beach restaurants such as Marbella Beach Club, Trocadero and Milla. You can't ask for more to spend a family vacation.
The plot is very big like a villa resort but the house is really cozy. It has a primary master suite with living room. Another bedroom with queen size bed connected to a children's room in the main house. Two other separate rooms has an independent entrance and a apartment next to the second pool.
